Phantom Blade Zero
Phantom Blade Zero is an action-adventure game developed by Chinese studio S-Game, designed as a AAA title with an emphasis on fast-paced and spectacular combat. Inspired by the wuxia aesthetic and the dark atmosphere of feudal China, the game combines martial arts elements with a cinematic visual style. The story follows Soul, an assassin sentenced to die in 66 days, who seeks answers and revenge in a world full of conspiracies. The gameplay promises intense duels, fluid animations and a combat system that combines technical precision with visual drama, positioning it as a rival for the great global franchises.
We believe that the release date of this game will be announced during The Game Awards 2025, on December 11. Since S Game announced that the release date will be announced this year, The Game Awards remains the only major event this year, and the developers are no strangers to Geoff, having been present at Summer Game Fest and Gamescom in the past.

This game is probably the most ambitious game to be released from China this decade, being created by CreateAI, formerly known as Tusimple, it is a huge AAA Open-World ARPG, which aims to have a success as big as Black Myth: Wukong. They also own the largest and most advanced motion capture studio in all of Asia, so we can expect the best.
The game is reportedly set to launch sometime in 2028, with an initial public trailer later this year, where we speculate it could appear at The Game Awards, the perfect show to garner global attention.
Unannounced Nezha AAA
Enlight Media, the Chinese studio known for the animated films Ne Zha, has announced the development of a AAA game inspired by the mythological universe of the franchise. The project marks the company’s entry into the premium gaming industry, with the ambition of creating a visual and narrative experience on a global level. The game promises to capitalize on Chinese myths through an epic story, legendary characters and a spectacular combat system. The launch is estimated in a few years, and the title could become a reference point for the expansion of Chinese culture in gaming, continuing the cinematic success of the Ne Zha series.
From what we know, the game has been in development for at least 1 year and we should have a trailer or at least a teaser very soon, it is typical for Chinese games to receive trailers so early, from what has been reported, the game should be released somewhere around 2027-2028.
