LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight locked in its May 29, 2026 launch at The Game Awards 2025, revealing open-world Gotham packed with Batmobile chases, gliding combat, and a massive villain roster from Joker to Ra’s al Ghul.
Trace Bruce Wayne’s origin from League of Shadows assassin to Gotham protector through expansive zones like Arkham Asylum, Ace Chemicals, and Wayne Tower, featuring playable Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Catwoman, plus vehicles, stealth gadgets, and local 2-player co-op. The trailer showcases fluid combos, crimes-in-progress, puzzles, and secrets across a nostalgic hub world blending Animated Series and Dark Knight aesthetics.
Pre-orders for Lego batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight are live now at $69.99 (Deluxe $89.99 bundles Arkham skins, Batman Beyond, extra Batmobiles/music); launches PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam/Epic) May 29, 2026. The Nintendo Switch 2 release date is yet to be announced.
